1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and IPTV USA TV ("IPTV USA TV," "we," "our," or "the service"). By accessing the website at https://iptvusatv.us, requesting a trial, or placing an order through our official communication channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using our website and services immediately.

2. Description of Service

IPTV USA TV provides digital streaming playlist access and connection protocols (including M3U URLs and Xtream codes) allowing users to stream live television channels, sports broadcasts, on-demand video, and audio-visual media on compatible personal hardware devices.

Our published catalog features 55,000+ live channels and 220,000+ movies and series VOD titles across multiple language categories, with picture quality available up to HD, FHD, and 4K depending on the specific source broadcast and device capabilities.

3. Network & Internet Dependency

IPTV USA TV operates over standard internet protocol networks. You acknowledge and understand that:

  • Streaming quality, frame rates, and playback continuity depend directly on your internet service provider (ISP), home Wi-Fi signal strength, local bandwidth, and router configuration.
  • Picture resolution (HD, FHD, 4K) requires adequate download speeds and compatible display hardware. A stable high-speed connection (minimum 25–50 Mbps for high-definition and 4K streams) is strongly recommended.
  • We do not control third-party ISP routing, congestion, or potential ISP throttling that may affect streaming performance in your area.

4. Compatible Devices & Third-Party Players

IPTV USA TV provides stream credentials and playlist links. To view streams, you must install and configure a compatible IPTV player application on your device (such as Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV, Apple TV, Smart TVs, mobile devices, or personal computers).

Third-party player applications (including but not limited to TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, XCIPTV, IBO Player, and GSE Smart IPTV) are independent software products developed and maintained by third parties. IPTV USA TV does not own, develop, or license these third-party applications, and their functionality, updates, and licensing terms remain entirely separate from our service.

5. Pricing, Ordering & Payment Arrangements

Current subscription options and pricing are published on our Pricing page:

  • 1 Month: $14 (Flexible start)
  • 3 Months: $25 (Quarterly option)
  • 6 Months: $36 (Popular multi-month value)
  • 12 Months: $55 (Full annual commitment)

Orders and inquiries are initiated directly through WhatsApp at +1 (818) 278-5810. Available payment methods and payment instructions are communicated directly during the ordering process through WhatsApp and may vary.

If an external payment provider is used to complete a transaction, that provider processes transaction information according to its own terms and privacy practices. IPTV USA TV does not collect or store full credit card numbers directly on this website.

6. Subscription Periods & Renewal Policy

Subscriptions are sold strictly for the purchased fixed duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).

No Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are provided for the purchased subscription period. They do not automatically renew unless an automatic-renewal arrangement is explicitly disclosed and agreed to by the customer before payment.

When your purchased subscription term approaches expiration, you may voluntarily contact our team on WhatsApp to purchase an extension or new term.

7. Free Trial Policy

A Free Trial is Available on Request to allow prospective viewers to verify channel lineup availability, stream stability, and device compatibility before committing to a paid plan.

Trial availability is handled directly via WhatsApp. Availability and applicable trial instructions are communicated directly upon request. Trial availability does not create an obligation to provide any specific duration, catalog breadth, or continuous access unless explicitly communicated to the customer. We reserve the right to limit trials to one per household and device.

8. Account Responsibility & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your playlist credentials, username, and password. You agree to use the service solely for private, personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

  • Rebroadcast, restream, retransmit, redistribute, or publicly exhibit streams.
  • Share subscription credentials beyond the agreed household connection limit.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or probe server infrastructure.
  • Deploy automated bots, multi-threaded capture scripts, or excessive requests that degrade service stability for other viewers.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of service access without compensation.

9. Service Availability & Content Maintenance

Broadcast streams, channel lineups, server nodes, and on-demand titles are subject to periodic technical maintenance, updates, and adjustments. While our infrastructure is architected for maximum stability and uptime, IPTV USA TV does not guarantee that service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

Individual channel feeds or VOD titles may be temporarily updated, replaced, or adjusted to maintain stream health, source continuity, or operational requirements.

10. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

The website content, branding, design layout, text, graphics, and instructional guides on iptvusatv.us are protected by copyright and intellectual property standards. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish website content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, device names, and brand logos mentioned on this site (such as Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Samsung, LG, TiviMate) belong to their respective owners and are used purely for hardware compatibility and reference purposes.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected unauthorized redistribution, fraudulent payment activity, abuse of staff or support personnel, or material breach of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPTV USA TV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the service, including hardware malfunctions, third-party app crashes, or ISP connectivity failures.

In any event, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the active subscription period giving rise to the claim.

13. Relationship to Other Policies

These Terms operate alongside our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you also acknowledge the provisions of those companion policies.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a customer remain unaffected. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled by the courts or other competent authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms
